【Abstract】 Objictive To reduce the formation of cicatrization of filtering bleb and elevate the suc cessful rate of filtration surgery of glaucoma.Methods Trabeculectomy without conjunctival in cision was performed on 37 eyes of 35 patients with glaucoma.Results They were followed up for 3～16 months.The rate of control of the intraocular pressure was 94.6%,and the operative complications were few and mild.Conclusion The results show that the trabeculectomy without conjunctival incision is a safe and effective anti glaucoma technique.更多还原
