论血液质量管理与输血安全

【摘要】 血液质量是当前输血管理工作中一项重要课题。近年来,由于外科手术和输血治疗的广泛开展,临床用血量逐年大幅度增长,达6%~8%。但是,随之而来的是一些经血传播疾病的发生,使输血管理工作面临严峻的形势。血液质量已成为广大医务工作者和社会各界普通关注的问题之一。血液质量贯穿于采血、供血和临床输血的全过程,由于环节多、过程复杂,任何环节上的缺陷和疏忽都会导致血液质量下降。加强血液质量管理,确保临床输血安全,要从加强基础质量、提高人员素质做起,严格执行有关规程和标准,建立完整的质量保证体系,形成畅通的质量反馈渠道,特别是抓好环节质量的控制是至关重要的。

【Abstract】 The blood quality is currently an important topic in transfusion administration. In recent years, on account of more cases of surgical operation and transfusion therapy, the clinical use of blood has increased by 6% to 8% each year. But with it have appeared many diseases through blood infection, making the work of blood transfusion a dangerous source of infection. Blood quality has bacome a commonly concerned problem in medical and social circles. The whole process made up of the different links from blood drawing, blood supply to clinical blood trasfusion is involved in blood quality. Because of so many links and so complicated a process, shortcoming or negligence may cause the down grade of blood. To intensify the blood quality control and insure the safety of blood transfusion, the first thing to do is to raise the quality of medical personnel, to abide by the rules an and regulations, to establish a complete quality control system and to build an open channel of quality feedback. To pay special attention to the quality control of each of the links needs emphasis.
