【摘要】 目的：解决小腿创伤后骨皮肤缺损的临床修复。方法：通过解剖学观察，设计了腓动脉穿支为蒂的小腿远端骨皮瓣顺行转位术，该骨皮瓣以穿支的升支及降支分别供应皮瓣及骨瓣。结果：临床应用８例用于修复小腿中远段骨皮肤缺损，全部取得成功，效果满意。结论：腓动脉穿支为蒂的小腿远端骨皮瓣可以治疗小腿中、下段骨皮肤复合组织缺损。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:This article provides a new method to solve the difficult problem about the tibial bone and soft tissue defect.Methods:Based on the anatomical study,the transposition of distal tibial osteo cutaneous flap pedicled with perforating branch of peroneal artery was designed.The cutaneous flap and bone flap are supplyed by the ascending and descending branch individually.Results:8 cases of tibial bone and soft tissue defect at the middle and distal part of leg were repaired by this osteo cutaneous flap successfully,good result have been achieved.Conclusions:This osteo cutaneous flap adapt to repair the tibial bone and soft tissue defect at the middle and distal part of crus.更多还原
