Regency SC+或SR+起搏器的自动夺获功能评定

【摘要】 目的:研究有自动夺获功能的心室起搏器的优越性和可靠性。方法:1997年4月至9月共植入有自动夺获功能的心室起搏器7台,术后用心电图和动态心电图进行随访观察。结果:7例患者,植入时起搏阈值平均0.34±0.07 V,自身 R 波振幅平均11.8±2.4 mV,阻抗平均651±53Ω,植入后平均随访107±60天,VARIO 自动测定的阈值平均0.80±0.4 V,自动夺获测定的阈值平均0.90±0.4V,两者相关性好。刺激脉冲电压平均1.2±0.5 V,脉冲电流平均2.2±1.2 mA,脉冲能量平均0.99±1.0μJ,刺激除极波(ER)稳定性良好。平均12.4±2.0 mV,自身 R 波平均14.2±2.7 mV,7例均无高极化现象,自动夺获功能均正常。结论:有自动夺获功能的心室起搏器耗能低,且安全可靠。

【Abstract】 Objective:This study is to evaluate the performance and reliability of autocapture algorism of VVI(R)pacemakers.Methods:Seven patients implanted with pacemakers with autocapture func- tion from April to September,1997 were followed up by ECG and Hoher monitoring.Results:The mean pacing threshold at implantation was 0.34±0.07 V.The mean R wave amplitude was 11.8±2.4 mV and the mean impedance was 651±53Ω.All seven patients were followed-up for 107±60 days after implantation.The mean pacing threshold was 0.80±0.4 V measured by VARIO and 0.9±0.4 V detect- ed by autocapture algorism.The correlation between the two kinds of zhresholds was close.The mean pulse amplitude was 1.2±0.5 V,the pulse current was 2.2±1.2 mA and the pulse energy was 0.99±1.0μJ. The evoked response(ER)was stable and the mean ER was 12.4±2.0 mV.The mean spontaneous R wave amplitude was 14.2±2.7 mV.The polarization potentials were relatively low in all 7 patients. Conclusion:Autoeapture function consumes much less energy than that of ordinary pacemakers.The auto- capture algorism works well and provides high safety for pacing patients.
