【摘要】 目的:探讨小儿原发性脑干损伤的发生机理、病理改变、临床表现、诊断要点和治疗效果。方法:采用回顾性研究方法分析患儿的临床资料。结果:本组治疗20例,恢复良好15例,治愈率为75%;死亡5例,病死率25%。结论:对小儿原发性脑干损伤采取积极的综合治疗,能明显改善患儿的预后,小儿神经功能恢复率大于成人。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the pathogenesis,pathological changes,clinical findings, essentials of diagnosis and results in primary brain stem injury in children.Methods:The clinical data were analysed retrospectively.Results:1.Fifteen patients recovered with a cure rate of 75%;2.Five patients died with a mortality of 25%.Conclusions:To improve the outcome of the children of injured brain stem,an active treatment should be suggested.The recovery rate of neu- rological function of children is greater than that of adults.更多还原
