【摘要】 目的:探讨如何提高排尿性膀胱尿道造影的成功率和诊断的准确性。方法:对于临床上出现排尿异常症状的216例患儿作了226次排尿性膀胱尿道造影。结果:206例一次造影成功(95.0%),10例二次造影成功(5.0%);195例下尿路有异常(90.3%),21例无异常(9.7%)。结论:排尿性膀胱尿道造影是排尿异常患儿必作的检查;保持一定姿势和诱发排尿是造影成功的关键;造影有可能引起 VUR 及尿路感染。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To search for a way to raise the successful rate of voiding urethrocys- tography(VU)and improve the accuracy of the diagnosis.Methods:Two hundred and twenty-six times of VU were done in 216 children with abnormal urination between 1988 and 1993.Results: Diagnosis was confirmed in 206 cases by a single VU(95%),while in the other 10 by twice (5%).Of them,the lower urethral tract showed abnormal changes in 195 cases(90.3%),while the rest were normal(9.7%).Conclusions:VU is necessary in patients with abnormal urination. Body position and inducing urination are important to a successful VU.The potential risk of VUR and infection from VU should be considered.更多还原
