【摘要】 为了研究气管粘膜上皮在人工气管腔内再生的难题，我们将12又成年犬分为3组，每组4只，A组采用自作带血管蒂大网膜包统在网孔型硅橡胶人工气管外壁行Ⅰ期气管置换术；B、C两组采用胎犬气管包绕在部分同孔型炭素纤维人工气管外壁，其外再包绕自体带血管帮大网膜，制成所谓人工气管—胎犬气管—大网膜复合体分别施行Ⅰ期吻合、Ⅱ期吻合的气管置换实验，结果A、B组没有观察到人工气管腔内气管粘膜的再生，C组可观察到人工气管腔内气管粘膜的再生，且动物存活时间长，生存质量佳。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to study the regeneration of epithelium mucosae of trachea in artificial cavity of trachea and survival quality of experimental dogs, 12 adult dogs were divided into three groups. Group A(4 dogs) was transplanted with the artificial trachea made of silicon tube covered with vascular greater omentum’ Groups B and C (4 dogs in each) were transplanted with the artificial trachea which was encysted by embryonic trachea with vascular grcater omentum. Among them, 4 dogs (Group B)underwent primary suture, and the others (Groups C) secondary suture.The results showed that the severe inflammation and no regeneration of the tracheal mucosae was confirmed in groups A and B, and that the better regeneration of the tracheal mucosae and the bet ter survival quality and the longer survival time were observed in Group C.更多还原
