【Abstract】 A strain of hyaluronic acid producing hemolytic streptococcus was isolated from experimental and clinical isolates and designated as Streptococcus equi SIPI 1.728.The white fibrous solid of product was obtained from the fermentation broth by means of ethanol precipitation,cetylpyridinium chloride precipitation and DEAE Sephadex A 50 chromatography.The physicochemical properties, UV,IR and 1HNMR spectra of this product were consistent with those of hyaluronic acid.更多还原
