【摘要】 目的探讨鲑鱼降钙素治疗绝经后骨质疏松症的疗效。方法应用鲑鱼降钙素治疗９例绝经后骨质疏松症患者２０周，观察治疗前后腰椎骨密度及生化指标的变化。结果腰椎２～４骨密度在治疗前分别为０．５５±０．１４、０．５６±０．１６、０．６４±０．０７ｇ／ｃｍ２，治疗后分别为０．６２±０．０８、０．６５±０．１３、０．６６±０．０９ｇ／ｃｍ２，差异均有显著性（Ｐ＜０．０１）；血清降钙素水平明显升高，差异亦有显著性（Ｐ＜０．０１），甲状旁腺激素水平无明显变化（Ｐ＞０．０５），骨钙素水平在治疗后均正常。结论鲑鱼降钙素治疗绝经后骨质疏松症有较好效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of salmon calcitonin on postmenopausal osteoporosis. Methods Nine cases of postmenopausal osteoporosis were treated with salmon calcitonin for 20 weeks. Observation on lumbar spine bone mineral density and biochemical markers was carried out and statistical analysis for the above data before and after treatment performed. Results Bone mineral density (BMD, g/cm 2) of lumbar spine 2 4 before treatment was 0 55±0 14,0 56±0 16 and 0 64±0 07 respectively, and after treatment 0 62±0 08,0 65±0 13 and 0 66±0 09 respectively ( P <0 01). Serum calcitonin level was found to increase markedly( P <0 01). Conclusions Postmenopausal osteoporosis can be treated with salmon calcitonin effectively.更多还原
