【摘要】 目的:探讨氦-氖激光对支气管哮喘的治疗机制,并观察其临床疗效。方法:70只150～300g健康豚鼠分别用4‰的盐酸组胺,50%,100%清蛋白作致敏源,以加压雾化吸入法致敏,用氦-氖激光对致敏鼠的急性与亚急性照射实验。临床应用氦-氖激光穴位照射治疗支气管哮喘患者102例,并对治疗前后的血常规、痰生化、T 淋巴细胞、血气分析、肺功能、胸透及心电图等项目对比检查。结果:对组胺及清蛋白致喘均有一定程度的预防和治疗作用,能明显减轻因哮喘而致的肺气肿病变。总有效率为89.2%,显效率22.5%,以单纯性、外源性、无合并症者疗效较好。结论:氦-氖激光对支气管哮喘有一定的防治作用,其作用机制可能与增强体质提高免疫功能有关,有待进一步研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effect and mechanism of He-Ne laser irradiation on acupoints for bronchial asthma and its clinical practice.Methods:Seventy heahhy guinea-pigs were separately sensitized by histamine HCL,50% or 100% albumin,and pressured aerosol therapy.Then the He-Ne laser wasradiated on certain acupoints.In addition,102 cases with bronchial asthma were radiated with He-Ne laser on relative acupoints to observe the clinical effects.Before and after the treatment,the rou- tine blood,biochemistry of sputum,T-Lymphocytes,blood-gas analysis,pulmonary function,chest X- rays and ECG were tested and compared.Results;After irradiation,the sensitization caused by histamine and albumin in guinea-pigs was delayed and reduced.While the pathological change of pulmonary em- physema was also slight.On clinical practice,the total effective rate was 89.2%,the excellent 22.5% in 102 cases.Conclusion:h is shown that the He-Ne laser irradiation may reinforce the human physique and raise the immune function.It has prevention and treatment effects for bronchial asthma.更多还原
