机床误差的快速检具
A Quick Gauge for Machine Tool
【摘要】 研究了数控机床误差的快速检具——一维球列，具有精度高、效率高、价格低的优点。它可以测量机床的全部２１项几何误差和热误差，在机床误差检测和补偿中具有广泛的用途。
【Abstract】 A quick gauge1D ball array for NC machine tool calibration is presented. It has high accuracy,high efficiency and low cost.It can be used for measuring all the 21 geometric errors and thermal errors of NC machine tool.It can find wide application in machine calibration and error compensation.
