【摘要】 目的：分析２５例面神经管骨折高分辨率ＣＴ所见，探讨各类型骨折与面神经管各段损伤的关系。材料与方法：对２５例面神经管骨折患者均采用高分辨率ＣＴ横断面及冠状面扫描，２例除横断及冠状面扫描外并行直接矢状面ＣＴ扫描。结果：面神经管迷路段损伤６例，占１３．８％；鼓室段损伤１４例，占４８．３％；乳突段损伤１１例，占３７．９％。结论：高分辨率ＣＴ可为外伤性面瘫提供可靠的诊断依据，对临床手术及估计预后有重要价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose: To evaluate the relation ship between the types of fracture and damage to facial canal by HRCT. Materials and methods: Axial and coronal HRCT were performed in 25 patients with facial canal fractures. Additional direct sagittal HRCT was performed in two cases. Results: Fractures involving the labyrinthine segment in 6 (13.8%) cases, tympanic in 14 (48.3%) cases, and mastoid in 11 (37.9%) cases. Conclusion: HRCT findings provided evidence for diagnosis, operation and prognosis of facial canal fractures.更多还原
