【摘要】 用透射电子显微镜研究了Zr-4和18/8不锈钢爆炸焊结合层显微组织。当爆炸参数选择正确时,可通过扩散和局部熔化的共同效应而达到冶金结合。硬而脆的熔化区包含有非晶和六方晶体的结构。只要细小的熔化区孤立间断地分布在结合面上,焊接的接头能被拉伸、弯曲和冷轧,在结合层中无裂纹形成。

【Abstract】 The microstructure of explosive welded joints between Zircaloy-4 and 18/8 stainless steel has been investigated by transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The metallurgical bonding was achieved by combining effect of diffusion and local melting when the explosive parameters were selected correctly. The molten region which consists of amorphous and crystalline with hexagonal crystal structure is hard and brittle. But the welded joints can be pullled, bent and cold rolled without cracks formed on the bonding layer, so as the molten regions are small and distributed as isolated islands.
