【摘要】 通过体外热诱导法观察以大承气汤为代表的寒下方剂对兔红细胞细胞膜稳定性作用。观察结果表明大承气汤与承气合剂均能抑制红细胞膜的溶解（Ｐ＜０．０５），与地塞米松的质膜保护作用相似，均呈剂量相关依赖效应。药物浓度越高，细胞溶解率越低。单味大黄在浓度＜０．００１μｇ／ｍｌ时具有显著的抑制红细胞膜溶破的能力（Ｐ＜０．００１），随着大黄浓度的增加，其抑制红细胞溶解的能力逐渐下降，提示高浓度大黄的质膜保护能力下降。更多还原

【Abstract】 The experimental result showed that the RBC membrane lysis of rabbit could be inhibited by Hanxia herbs.The protective effect of Hanxia herbs had a dose dependent manner,i.e.the higher the concentration of the herbs,the lower RBC lysis.However,the rheum had its own specific fashion.The inhibitory effect was strong when the concentration of rheum was below 0.001μg/ml and weak when it was above 0.001μg/ml.更多还原
