【摘要】 1988～1995年9月治疗ⅣA型直肠癌136例。依据肿瘤大小、浸润深度与邻近器官或组织的扩散程度，分为3级。治疗：Ⅰ级，术前加速分割法放疗，其后行扩大或联合脏器切除。Ⅱ级，先作腹部乙状结肠造瘘，术后放疗32Gy／8次／4周，配合直肠上动脉插管化疗，争取再次手术。术后5年生存率：全组16．7％；Ⅰ级42．9％，Ⅱ级23．1％。更多还原

【Abstract】 A total of 136 cases of type Ⅳ A cancer of rectum treated with combined treatment is reported.According to the size,depth and invasion of adja cent organs the tumors were subdivided into three grades.The combined treatment consisted of:Grade one-fractional radiotherapy followed by super-radical resection;Grade two-colostomy plus postoperative radiotherapy 32 Gy/8 sessions for 4 weeks accompanied with reanscatheter chemotherapy via superior rectal artery with/with out resection.The 5-year survival rate of the whole series achieved was 16.7% and Grade one42.9%,Grade two 23.1%.更多还原
