【摘要】 用免疫组化方法，观察乳腺癌及良性病变是否有Bcl－2表达；Bcl－2表达及丧失与激素受体的相关性；Bcl－2表达与肿瘤分级的关系等。结果发现Bcl－2表达与ER、PR、肿瘤组织分级显著相关，Bcl－2表达阳性的乳腺癌多伴有ER＋（75％）、PR＋（70％），而Bcl－2阴性表达与预后较差的分子标志呈正相关，即ER、PR阴性率高、组织分级高。我们的发现支持了乳腺癌Bcl-2表达受激素调节的假说。更多还原

【Abstract】 Expression of Bcl-2 and positivity of estrogen receptor (ER) andprogesterone receptor (PR) in 50 cases of breast cancer and 46 cases of benign breast lesions were studied using immunohistochemistry with monoclonal antibody.It was found that there was close relationship between the expression of Bcl--2 and presence of ER,PR and histological grade of the tumor.Most Bcl-2 positive breast cancer were associated with positive ER(75%)and PR(70%),while in Bcl-2 nega tive cancers vice versa.Our findings support the hypothesis that Bcl-2 expression may be related to hormonal regulation in breast cancer.更多还原
