【摘要】 采用免疫组化LSAB法，用抗EGF-R单克隆抗体对38例喉鳞状细胞癌进行标记，用图像分析技术对染色结果定量分析，以阳性单位PU值代替染色级别（0～）。结果显示：喉鳞状细胞癌Ⅲ极的PU值明显高于Ⅰ～Ⅱ级的PU值，淋巴结转移组的PU值高于无淋巴结转移组的PU值，取得完整随访资料34例，绘制Kaplan-Meier生存曲线，经Logrank检验．X2=8．62，P＜0．05。研究结果显示：EGF-R的表达状态与喉鳞癌的低分化性、高浸润性及预后密切相关，EGF-R可做为判断预后的一个良好的生物指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 The expression of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGF-R) was studied in 38 laryngeal squamous cell carcinomas by immunohistochemical LSAB method using a monoclonal antibody against EGF-R, image analysis technique (IAT) was applied to measure the intensity of staining and indicated by positive unit(PU) instead of staining grade(0-Ⅲ). The results showed that the PU of EGF-R in poorly differentiated carcinomas were higher than that of well/moderately differentiated carcinomas (Ⅰ-Ⅱ) (P<0. 01),and it was also higher in the cases with cervlcal lymph node involvement. The EGF-R over expression harbinger good prognosis as shown by the Kaplan-Meier curves of survival(X2=8. 62 P<0. 05). It may provide a good parameter in the evaluation of prognosis.更多还原
