【Abstract】 The effects of stock refining on the major physical and optical properties of cigarette tissues are studied, employing a proposed quality index. It is found that among the three furnish components (softwood, hardwood and flax pulps),refining of the softwood species seemed to be playing the predominating role for quality paper production. High quality paper were obtained with a furnish of softwood pulp at 90°SR, hardwood pulp at 80°SR and flax pulp at 70°SR.更多还原
