【Abstract】 Orthogonal test was used to establish the extraction of sennoside from folium sennae by alcohol reflux extraction method. The most moderate extractive condition was selected: Alcohol concentration is 55%. Ratio of drug and alcohol is 1: 12. 5(g: ml). The first reflux time is 15 min and the second is 10 min. Immersed time is 0 min.It was proved that the extraction rate of sennoside would be 99. 64%.更多还原
