【摘要】 用高效液相色谱法测定免眼房水中氟康唑的浓度，来研究月桂氮酮对氟康唑角膜渗透性的影响。结果表明：用含0．02％，0．04％，0．08％和0．10％月桂氮酮的氟康唑滴眼液滴眼，能使兔眼房水中氟康唑的浓度分别增加2．5、3．5、4．0和4．2倍。提示月桂氮酮可提高氟康唑的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 The concentration of fluconazole in rabbit aqueous humor was determined by HPLC to investigate the effects of laurocapram on comeal permeability of fluconazole. The results showed that different fluconazole eye drops administration containing 0. 02%, 0. 04 %, 0. 08 % and 0. 10% laurocapram could increase the concentration of fluconazole in rabbit aqueous humor in 2. 5, 3. 5,4. 0 and 4. 2 fold respectively. The results suggest that laurocapram can enhance the effect of fluconazole.更多还原
