【摘要】 目的：确立泽泻中ａｌｉｓｍｏｌ的测定方法。方法：对泽泻中的主成分ａｌｉｓｍｏｌ进行分离鉴定以制备对照品，将泽泻粉末经硅胶柱预处理，洗脱液再薄层层析，进行光密度扫描测定。结果：样品ａｌｉｓｍｏｌ含量为０．０２１％，ＲＳＤ＝４．１％，在１．５ｈ内稳定性，回收率１０３．８％。结论：本方法灵敏、专属，重现性好，简便易行更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: To stablish TLC densitometry of alismol in Rhizoma Alismatis. METHODS: The samples were extracted by CC (hexane-CH 2Cl 2, 1∶1) method and subjected to TLC densitometry (coloured by silicotungstic acid). RESULTS: The alismol content in Rhizoma Alismatis was 0.021% and RSD was 4.1%. CONCLUSION: Alismol was efficiently quantitated by TLC densitometry.更多还原
