甘蓝型油菜雄性不育的遗传研究Ⅳ.甘蓝型油菜异核型雄性不育材料减数分裂过程观察
GENETIC STUDY ON MALE STERILITY IN RAPE(B. NAPUS L.)Ⅳ.THE MEIOSIS OF ALLO-NUCLEAR MALE STERILE SYSTEM
【摘要】 应用改良石碳酸品红染色、压片,在显微镜下观察。甘蓝型油菜异核型雄性不育材料BC5减数分裂过程的各时期均出现异常现象,染色体配对不正常而形成单价体,染色体落后,染色体不均等分裂,三分体和多分体形成,最终不能发育为正常的小孢子。相应的保持材料F9的减数分裂过程正常,形成正常的四分孢子。
【Abstract】 The meiosis of allo-nuclear CMS material BC5(B.napus×B. carinata, NCa)and its maintainer F9(B. carinata×B.napus, CaN) was studied by anthers squashed with modified carbolfuchsin stain. The male sterile material showed abnormal phenomena at its differnt meiosis stages, such as the formation of univalent resulted from the asynapsis of chromosome, the lagging chromosome, the unequal division of chromosome, the formation of triad and polyad, and it couldn’t lead to devlop tetraspore. However, the maintainer appeared standard meiosis and developped normal tetraspore.
