【摘要】 采用化学分析方法观察单纯皮肤型和肾型过敏性紫癜血清脂质过氧化物（ＬＰＯ），全血超氧化物歧化酶（ＳＯＤ），全血谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶（ＧＳＨ－ｐｘ）和全血谷胱甘肽（ＧＳＨ）的变化。结果：单纯皮肤型过敏性紫癜急性期患儿血清ＬＰＯ高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５），恢复期与对照组无显著差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。ＳＯＤ、ＧＳＨ－ｐｘ、ＧＳＨ与对照组无显著差异（Ｐ值均＞０．０５）。肾型过敏性紫癜急性期患儿血清ＬＰＯ高于对照组，ＳＯＤ、ＧＳＨ－ｐｘ、ＧＳＨ低于对照组（Ｐ值均＜０．０１），恢复期ＬＰＯ、ＳＯＤ虽有恢复，但与对照组仍有差异（Ｐ值均＜０．０５），ＧＳＨ－ｐｘ、ＧＳＨ与对照组无差异（Ｐ值均＞０．０５）。提示过敏性紫癜患儿脂质过氧化作用增强，肾型重于单纯皮肤型，且抗氧化机能下降。ＬＰＯ、ＳＯＤ、ＧＳＨ－ｐｘ、ＧＳＨ可作为判断本病病情变化的指标，并为应用抗氧化剂治疗提供理论和实验依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 e used chemical analysis to observe the changes of serum lipid peroxide (LPO), blood superoxide dismutase (SOD), blood glutathione peroxidase (GSHpx), andbloodglutathione(GSH)inallergic purpura of simple dermal type and renal type. Results: The content of serum LPO was higher in the simple dermal type of allergic purpura than that in the control (P<0.05) at the acute phase; while at the convalescent phase, there was no conspicuous difference (P>0.05). The same was true for SOD, GSHpx and GSH (P<0.05). The content of serum LPO was higher in the renal type than that in the control (P<0.01), whereas SOD, GSHpx, and GSH were lower in the former than those in the latter (P<0.01) in acute phase. Although LPO and SOD recovred at the convalescent stage, they were still different from those of the control (P<0.05). GSHpx, and GSH did not different significantly from the control (P>0.05). Our results suggested that lipid peroxidation was more serious in the renal type than in the simple dermal type. The function for antioxidation declined. Conclusion: LPO, SOD, GSHpx, CSH may be indicators for determining the changing conditions of the disease. They also rendered theoretical and experimental basis for the application of antioxidation therapy. 更多还原
