血浆中羟乙膦酸钠含量测定方法研究
Study on Determination of Disodium Etidronate in Plasma
【摘要】 利用羟乙膦酸(EHDP)与磷酸钙形成共沉淀收集血浆中羟乙膦酸钠,再使无机磷形成不溶性三乙胺磷钼酸络合物而除去。采用高氯酸解离EHDP的P-C-P键使转化为无机磷,钼蓝-乙酸丁酯萃取比色法测定释放的无机磷。结果表明:方法平均回收率为(102.97±4.93)%,n=5,精密度试验RSD为3.21%,n=7,线性范围为0.516~15.48μg/ml(r=0.9992)。
【Abstract】 This paper introduces a method on determination of disodium etidronate(EHDP) in plasma The procedure is based on a coprecipitation of EHDP with calcium phosphate, elimination of inorganic phosphate as an insoluble triethylamine phosphomolybdate complex, decomposition of the P-C-P bond with perchloric acid and molybdate blue butylacetate abstraction colorimetry determination of the inorganic phosphate released The results showed that the average recovery was 102 97%±4 93%, and n=5 , precision RSD=3 21%, and n =7 The linear range of the method was 0 516 ̄15 48 μg/ml
