【摘要】 利用羟乙膦酸（ＥＨＤＰ）与磷酸钙形成共沉淀收集血浆中羟乙膦酸钠，再使无机磷形成不溶性三乙胺磷钼酸络合物而除去。采用高氯酸解离ＥＨＤＰ的Ｐ－Ｃ－Ｐ键使转化为无机磷，钼蓝－乙酸丁酯萃取比色法测定释放的无机磷。结果表明：方法平均回收率为（１０２．９７±４．９３）％，ｎ＝５，精密度试验ＲＳＤ为３．２１％，ｎ＝７，线性范围为０．５１６～１５．４８μｇ／ｍｌ（ｒ＝０．９９９２）。更多还原
