【Abstract】 Manufacturing process of San Yu capsule was studied and the main technological parameters were decided, including water volume, decocting hours,decocting times and concertration of alcohol sediment. Then, TLC method was used to determine the content of emodin,which was the effective ingredient in this preparation.
