【摘要】 米槁心乐滴丸是由米槁精油、冰片等制成的中药复方制剂。本研究在离休豚鼠Langedorff氏心脏灌流装置上，观察米槁心乐滴丸对冠脉流量、心率和心肌收缩力的影响；在垂体后叶素致豚鼠急性心肌缺血模型上观察米槁心乐对肢体回导联心电图（ECG）ST段的影响。结果表明，该药能增加离体心脏冠脉流量、减慢心率、降低心肌收缩力，能明显对抗ECGSTR的缺血性改变。提示，米槁心乐滴丸具有抗心肌缺血作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Migao Xinle dropping pill is composed of the essential oil of Cinnamomum migao H.W.Li and borned etc.This studyobserved the effects of Xinle on coronary flow,heart rate and amplitude of contraction of isolated guinea pig heart and the changeof ST segment of ECG in guinea pigs with acute myocardia ischemia induced by hypophysin.The results showed that thispreparation could increase coronary flow,decrease the heart rate and arrest significantly the change of ST segment on the acutemyocardial ischemia heayt induced by hypophysin.The date indicate that Migao Xinle has an antagonistic effect on theexperimental myocardial ischemia.更多还原
