【Abstract】 This paper presents the causes of generation of commision on drug sales and the difficulty in solving this problem.We consider that reform of medical system is the crux of the matter. Drug sales should be separated from medical service and hospital turns its face to the marketing. The goverment only subsidizes a part of hospitals.
