【摘要】 对２０３例儿童上睑下垂不同术式手术矫治的资料进行临床分析，结果表明：对轻、中度下垂组行提上睑肌缩短术、额肌瓣吻合术、上横韧带徙前术优于辅助物悬吊术（Ｐ＜００５），此三种术式间无显著差异（Ｐ＞００５）；重度下垂组，行额肌瓣吻合术明显优于提上睑肌缩短术和辅助物悬吊术（Ｐ＜００１），而提上睑肌缩短术、上横韧带徙前术和辅助物悬吊术相互间效果无差异（Ｐ＞００５）。并分别对上述四种不同术式的特点、适应症选择及术中注意事项进行了粗浅的讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 The data consists of information about different operative procedure of 203 cases childrens blepharoptosis correction. Our review has show that: in low and middle group of blepharoptosis shortening of the levator, frontal muscle valve anastomosis and superior transverse ligament former procedures are superior to assistant suspension procedure (P<0 05). There is no significant difference in results among the 3 procedures (P>0 05). In severe group, frontalmuscle valveanastomosis is for superior to shortening of the levator and assistant suspension (P<0 01).
