【摘要】 对１１０名年龄在３５岁至６５岁之间正常儿童在不同空间频率下的图形视觉诱发电位（ＰＶＥＰ）进行了研究。在３５岁与６５岁之间的正常组儿童ＰＶＥＰ的振幅和潜伏期基本与年龄无关，最优空间频率下的振幅在２７μＶ左右，Ｎ１、Ｐ２和Ｎ２波的潜伏期分别为６５ｍｓ、１０５ｍｓ、１５３ｍｓ左右；左右眼ＰＶＥＰ的有关参数值无显著区别；女性儿童ＰＶＥＰ的振幅略高于男性。以上结果为弱视儿童ＰＶＥＰ的诊断提供了正常参照值更多还原

【Abstract】 One hundred and ten normal children, ranged in age from 3.5 to 6.5 years, were measured in Pattern Visual Evoked Potentials (P-VEP) in seven spatial frequency stimulations. No statistially significant difference was found in the latencies and amplitudes of the normal children at the range of the age between 3.5 to 6.5 years and between the left and reight eyes, but the amplitudes of females were higher than those of males. These results might provide the comparison values for diagnosing children amblyopia.更多还原
