【摘要】 以４种视力表，按标准方法检查４～６周岁幼儿８３７名（１６７４只眼），比较发现，视力低常率国际标准视力表为３６６％，儿童图形视力表为２２８％，新型幼儿视锐表为１６４％。不同年龄差异明显。另选一组６岁儿比较标准对数视力表与国际标准视力表检查，视力低常率分别为２６３２％及２２２６％。从同一对象对不同视力表的认读情况来看，认读难度依次为标准对数视力表，国际标准视力表，儿童图形视力表，新型幼儿视锐表。讨论指出，两种新视力表适应幼儿特点，比较符合视觉生理要求，可以推广试用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Visual acuity is an important evidence to evoluate childrens visual functions. Because of the limitation of the visual acuity charts used presently, the results reported were inconsistent. There are two kinds of charts designed recently, pattern visual acuity chart and grating acuity cards. In this work, international standard visual acuity chart, pattern visual acuity chart and grating acuity cards are used in 837 children (1 674 eyes) aged 4 to 6 years old. The prevalences of subnormal visual aculty were 36 6%, 22 8%, 16 4% respectively. In another group of 6 year old, comparing standard logarithmic visual acuity chart with international standard visual acuity chart, the prevalences of subnormal visual acuity were 26 32%, 22 26% respectively. The distinguishable degree was moe difficult in standard logarithmic visual acuity chart than in international standard visual acuity chart, it was easier in pattern visual acuity chart and it was easiest in grating acuity cards. The two kinds of new chart are rather in accordance with visual physical characteristics of children and were advised to apply widely.更多还原
