【Abstract】 Abstract An oil or Al(OH) 3 adjuvant vaccine pnepared with a mixed hemdystic E coli liquid was injected into mice i.m or i.p.A hyperimmune serum with litre of agglutination and precipitation was obtained.Mice were immuned with oil or Al(OH) 3 vaccine prnepared with mixed bacteria liquid,14 d later attacked by nenly cultured bacteria liquid.It showed that this vaccine had a better protectine effect and a practical prospect.更多还原
