【Abstract】 The Shufujia germicidal toilet soap was prepared by adding germicidal ingredients such as trichlorocarban (TCC) and trichlorosalicylanilide (TCS) to the ordinary toilet soap.Com- parative examination showed that the germicidal soap had higher efficacy in inhibiting and killing Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus than ordinary toilet soap of Tianli Brand.The minimal inhibitory concentrations (MIC) of the germicidal soap against E.coli and S.aureus were 1.25%(w/v)and 0.31%(w/v)respectively,while that of the ordinary soap was as high as 5%(w/v).5%(w/v)solution of the germicidal soap with a 5-min con- tact time could kill 92.52% of E.coli and 95.86% of S.aureus,while the ordinary soap could kill only 72.80% and 76.33% respectively.更多还原
