【Abstract】 Xinjieling disinfectant (XJL) is a quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant containing 10% di-dodecyldimethyl ammonium bromide.It was indicated in experiment that the mechanism of effect of XJL on Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus was mainly destruction of permeability barrier of the bacterial cells,causing rupture of the cells,and inhibition or inactivation of the enzymes involved in biological oxidation,respiration,metabolism and en- ergy production in the cells,leading to death of bacteria.更多还原
