【摘要】 用Ｂ超观察了２２例糖尿病病人的胃排空功能变化，１３例有胃排空延缓，占全组５９．９９％，主要表现为胃全排空时间的延长。胃排空延缓与病程及慢性病变相关，且糖尿病胃排空延缓组较排空非延缓组餐后血糖值明显增高，故糖尿病胃排空延缓既可能是糖尿病的又一慢性病变，也可能受到高血糖本身的调控。更多还原

【Abstract】 The gastric dynamics was investigated by ultrasonography in 22 diabetics and compared with 16 normal controls.The gastric emptying time was prolonged in 13 patients(accounting for 59.99%).The delay of gastric total emptying time was the main clinical presentation and was related to the clinical course and chronic complications of diabetes.In addition ,the postprandial blood glucose of delayed gastric emptying group was higher than that of normal gastric emptying diabetics.The delay of gastric emptying might either be one of the chronic complications of diabetes mellitus or be affected by high serum glucose level.更多还原
