【Abstract】 The infuences of several additives on the survival of human fetal islets were studied. The agents were added into the cryopreservatives with DMSO as the major one , and their protective ef- fects on the cryopreserved fetal islets were comparatively studied. The results of the study demonstrated that the various additives might increase the survival of fetal islets to differerzt extents , especially that of ATP and SOD in the experiment group I were more significant.更多还原
