生物活性全髋关节涂层的界面设计与研究
THE STUDY AND DESIGN OF INTERFACE FOR THE COATINGS OF BIOACTIVE HIP JOINT
【摘要】 实验着重探讨了生物活性梯度涂层与金属基体的界面结合状态及其对涂层附着强度的影响。通过X—射线衍射分析、扫描电镜形貌观察及能谱成分分析,对各种配方和工艺条件下涂层与基体界面结合状态进行了对比研究。
【Abstract】 A integrated condition in interface between bioactive gradient coating and metal substrate and its influence for adhesion of coatings were explored in this experiment.By the means of XRD,SEM and EDS,the condition integrated of interface between coating and substrate in defferent compositions and technological process used.
