【摘要】 用新城疫病毒（ＮＤＶ）乳化疫苗免疫鸡，从高免卵黄中提取抗新城疫病毒因子，观察其对未免疫和免疫过的新城疫流行鸡群的治疗效果。结果对未免疫的新城疫流行鸡群的保护率为４４％（Ｐ＜０．０５）；对免疫过的新城疫流行鸡群的保护率为８９％（Ｐ＜０．００１）；临床治疗也显示出较好的效果。该因子在冰箱中贮存４ａ不失效。该制剂可能为防治鸡新城疫提供一种新的方法更多还原

【Abstract】 The anti newcastle disease virus factors were extracted from hyperimmune egg yolks of the hens that have heen immunized with the emulsified vaccine against newcastle disease(ND),and were observed its therapeutic result for ND in chickens.The experimental result showed that the protection rate for the unimmunized chickens was 44%(P<0.05) and the protection rate for the immunized chickens was 89%(P<0.01).Clinical curative result was wonderful.The agent was still effective after it had been stored in a refrigerator for 4 years.Therefore a new therapy to ND in chicks could be supplied.更多还原
