【Abstract】 By means of immune agar diffusion test,the seroepidemiological investigations of big liver and spleen disease in chickens were performed on four avian farms in three different provinces,the results revealed that the positive rates of the serum samples collected from 21,55,60 week old chickens of the four farms were 6.0%,27.7% and 36.7% respectively;the positive rates of the liver and spleen samples were 17.5%,33.3% and 46.7% respectively.更多还原
