【摘要】 建立的检测猪生殖与呼吸综合征（ＰＲＲＳ）抗体的酶联免疫吸附试验（ＥＬＩＳＡ），其抗原包被浓度为１．７ｍｇ／Ｌ，血清的最适稀释度为１∶１００，酶标兔抗猪ＩｇＧ的工作浓度为１∶２０００。比较试验表明，ＥＬＩＳＡ的敏感性优于间接免疫荧光试验（ＩＦＡ）。用ＥＬＩＳＡ检测１９９１年从美国进口猪的血清７６份，阳性率为零；１９９５年从加拿大进口猪的血清１６３份，阳性率为５．５２％；北京地区甲猪场的血清１２１份，阳性率为４７．１％；北京地区乙猪场的血清４３份，阳性率为４１．８％更多还原

【Abstract】 An ELISA was developed for detection the antibodies of PRRS. The coating concentration of antibody was 1.7 mg/L, Optimal dilution of serum was 1∶100. Work concentration of rabbit anti pig antibodies conjugation by peroxidase was 1∶2000. Comparative test showed that the ELISA was more sensitive than IFA. Of 76 swine serum imported from USA in 1975,163 serum from Canada in 1995, 121 from A pig from of Beijing and 43 from B pig farm of Beijing,the positive rate was 0,5.52%,47.1% and 41.8% respectively.更多还原
