【Abstract】 Cuilü No. 1 is a F 1 hybrid of crossing early gynoecious line No. 19 with line Jiangxuan 105. This F 1 hybrid has early maturity,high productivity,good quality and high resistance to stress. It was 10～15 days earlier and 91.5% higher in early yield and 38.1% higher in total yield than that of Jingmen broad shoulder bitter gourd (the popular cultivar). The yield was 30t per ha.
