恒定磁场对小白鼠血液谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活力的影响

【摘要】 目的为了研究磁场对自由基代谢的影响,测定了经磁场处理后小白鼠血液中的谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶GSH—PX的活性。方法Swis小鼠随机分成实验组A、B及对照组,实验组A、B小鼠分别用强度为80mT和40mT的磁场照射,每日30分钟,15天后用分光光度法测定小鼠血液中的GSH—PX的活性。结果实验组A小鼠血液中的GSH—PX活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05);而实验组B小鼠血液的GSP—PX活性与对照组比较亦有提高,但无显著差异。结论经一定强度、一定时间的磁场处理后的小鼠血液清除自由基能力明显提高。

【Abstract】 Objective We measured the activities blood GSP—PX in the mice treated by the static magnetic fields for exploring the effect of magnetic fields on the metabolism of free radical. Methods The Swiss mice were divided randomly into experimental group A,group B and control group.The mice of experimental group A and group B were treated by the static magnetic fields with the intensity of 80mT and 40mT respectively for 30 minutes a day.After 15 days we measured the activities of blood GSH-PX in the mice by using spectropholometric method. Results The experimental results are that the GSH-PX activities of experimental group A are obviously higher than those of the control group (P<0.05).Although the GSH-PX activities of group B are higher than those of the control one too,but they have no apparent difference. Conclusions Above mentioned results show that after the mice have been treated by the static magnetic fields with a certain intensity for a period of time,the abilities of the mice to remove freely radical were obviously enhanced.
