【摘要】 目的：探讨赖激素性葡萄膜炎的中西医结合治疗方法。方法：对６例（１２只眼）激素依赖性葡萄膜炎经合理使用皮质类固醇，并应用中药温阳补肾，益气养阴进行了治疗。结果：６例患者中有５例在１周内葡萄膜炎得到控制；５例停用皮质类固醇后葡萄膜炎无复发；１２只眼均随访了２年。结论：中西医结合治疗赖激素性葡萄膜炎是一种可取的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: To probe into the method of treatment for steroid-dependent uveitis with integrated traditional Chinese and western modern medicine. METHODS: Six patients (12 eyes) with steroid-dependent uveitis were treated reasonably with steroid, and with Chinese medicine wenyangbushen and yiqiyangyin. RESULTS: In five of patients the steroid-dependent uveitis had been contralled within a week. The uveitis of 5 patients had not recurred after withdrawal of steroid, and 12 eyes had been followed-up for two years. CONCLUSION: The method of integrated traditional Chinese medicine and western modern medicine in the treatment of steroid-dependent uveitis is available.更多还原
