【摘要】 目的：观察中药对Behcet病的疗效。方法：分析32例患者的临床表现，主要以中药治疗并随访观察1年。对治疗前后葡萄膜炎复发频率和视力改变进行了评估。结果：32例患者中治愈12例，有效18例，无效2例。其中24例是以口腔溃疡为首发病变。结论：中药在治疗Behcet病中有一定效果，且无副作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of TCM in treatment of Behcet disease.METHODS: The clinical data of 32 case of Behcet disease were analyzed’ The patients were treat-ed mainly with Chinese medicine, and they had been followed up for one year. The therapeutic effect were evaluated according to the recurrence rate of uveitis and the changes of visual acuity. RE-SULTS: Of 32 cases, 12 were cured, 18 cases were improved and two were ineffective. The initialpathological change of 24 cases was mouth ulcer among them. CONCLUSION: TCM is effectualin treatment of Behcet and without side effect.更多还原
