非轴对称光学镜面的数控SPDT加工
Machining Non-axis-symmetric Optic Mirror Surfaces wth NC-SPDT
【摘要】 论述采用数控单点金刚石车削(SPDT)技术加工非轴对称光学镜面的原理,介绍加工系统的结构、加工工艺参数及误差评定方法,实验表明,用数控SPDT技术加工非轴对称光学镜面是理想的。
【Abstract】 The machining principles of nonaxis-symmetric optic mirror surfaces with technique of NC-single point diamond turning are described. Also,the structure of the system, processing parameter and method of error evaluation are introduced in detail. Experiments show that the machining results of non-axis-symmetric optic mirror surfaces with NC-SPDT are acceptable.
