【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of formingprocess, a viewpoint that the sequence of deliv-ering melt material is the key problem to theforming quality is proposed. The factors whichinfluence on the sequence and their control meth-ods are given out. They have been applied to di-rect the development of the first melt extrusionmanufacturing system in China.
