【Abstract】 A breaking incident of thecounter-moment beam on a 6 000 t/h bucket-wheel reclaimer which was working at the thirdphase coal dock in Qinghuandao, was happenedin August, 1989. In order to find out the sourceof the incident and determine the repairing procedure, a testing for the dynamic load on thebeam under the operation conditions has beenperformed.
