液压泵的人工神经网络在线故障诊断系统
ANN-Based on-Line Fault Diagnosis for Hy-draulic Pump
【摘要】 研究从液压泵振动、流量脉动和压力脉动信号的时域信息中提取诊断特征参数,组成最小诊断参数组合,并用人工种经网络进行信息融合。提出一种液压泵的人工神经网络在线故障诊断系统,并进行仿真试验。
【Abstract】 This paper investigates the meth-ods for extracting diagnosis features and mini-mum combination of diagnosis features fromtime-domain signals of hydraulic pump’s vibra-tion or flow pulsation or pressure ripple, and us-ing neural networks (NNs) to fuse and synthe-size these features. A NNs - based on-linefault diagnosis system (NNFDS) for hydraulicpump is presented. Simulation and experimentshave been performed.
