【摘要】 为了解犬伤者注射狂犬病疫苗后抗体产生情况，对１１９５例犬伤者全程注射狂犬病疫苗后２周和６个月，用间接免疫荧光法检测抗体。结果免后２周有１０１９例阳性，阳性率为８５２７％。其中３０８例上肢咬伤或朵处咬伤者，注射抗狂犬病血清加全程７针狂犬病疫苗，２周后抗体阳性率８８６４％，说明此种免疫程序对这类犬伤者效果较好。全程免疫后６个月，抗体阳性较免后２周减少一半，说明狂犬病疫苗保护期较短。更多还原

【Abstract】 1,195 cases of dog bitten victims were vaccinated with whole course rabies vaccine After two weeks the indirect immune fluorescent antibody agains trabies virus of 1,019 cases were positive,the positive rate was 85 27%,and that of males was 86 50%,of females was 83 79%,both of them had no significant difference It indicated that majority of the dog bitten victims had acquired immunity after rabies vaccination Moreover,the antibody positive rate of those who had been injected with antirabies serum plus seven injections of whole course rabies vaccines was 88 64% after two weeks It is sure that this immune scheme can produce better immunity and it is suitable to use to those seriously bitten victims or to those whose wounds are near the central nervous zone When compared the antibody positive rate 6 months post vaccination with that of 2 weeks,it reduced by 50%,this pointed out that the preventive period of Rabies virus is rather short If,within this period,one is bitten by doubtful virus-carrying dog,a boosted vaccination should be considered更多还原
