【Abstract】 There are various kinds of lnternal fixatlon forfemoral neck fracture. One thick and one thin lag screwswere drilled into femoral neck and the biomechanicalproperties were studied in this work. After applying 50kg of 1oading in abduction. adduction and natural posi-tion. the distributions of stresses in fimoral neck weremeasured with advanced resisTance strainometer. The results indicated that the tensile stress and compressivestress beared by such two screws are superior to that byother forms of fixation.更多还原
