【Abstract】 Esophageal muscles with cysts of Sarcocyst cruzi were taken from buffalo in a slaughter house ground and digested in proteinase or vibrated with glass beads for isolation of bradyzoite. The isolated materials were then treated with percoll or 50-80% sugar gradient centrifugation. It was found,more the 30% of the bradyzoite antigen with a purity of over 95% could be recovered in this way.更多还原
